DELHI – LEH
Arrive Leh, the region of mountain passes, a piece of broken moon land- a perfect place to witness the unmatched beauty of nature. You will be met upon arrival and transfer to your hotel, Rest of the day is at leisure to relax and get acclimatize.
Day 2 LEH – ULE (76 kms/3 hrs drive)
After an early breakfast you will drive to Ule. Enroute you will visit Liker Monastery, known for its 1000 year old wall paintings, drive through the Magnetic hill and also visit the Gurudwara Pathar Sahib. Reach Ule and check into your rooms. After Lunch drive to visit the mesmerizing Moon landscapes and the Lamayuru monastery. Lamayuru, the highest point on the Srinagar-Leh road, the oldest holy site in Ladakh, Lamayuru gompa was a Bon Shrine prior to the advent of Buddhism (one of the oldest Monastery in central Ladakh).
After breakfast, you will be transferred back to Leh enroute stop to visit Alchi monastery Dates back to 1000 years, this monastery consists of six temples which contain a chorten (religious shrine containing relics of holy people or scripture), after entering Leh city you will stop at the Hall of Fame, a museum dedicated to Indian Army. Proceed to hotel for lunch. Post lunch, proceed to Leh Palace, Shanti Stupa and drop at Leh Market. Walk back to hotel for dinner.

After Breakfast you will drive to Nubra Valley Known as Ldumra (the valley of flowers) is situated in the north of Leh. The average altitude of the valley is about 10,000 ft. above the sea level. driving through the Khardungla Pass (Highest Motorable road in the World at an altitude of 18,380 ft). Arrive at Diskit by Afternoon and check into your cam p/hotel. Rest of the day is at leisure to explore Diskit, Hunder Villages and camel Safari in Sand Dunes between Diskit and Hunder Village.
Day 5 NUBRA – LEH (120 kms/ 6 hrs)
After Breakfast visit Diskit Monastery, founded by Lama Shesrab Zangpo of Stod around 1420 AD during the reign of king Dragspa. Approximately 100 monks reside here. Later you will drive back to Leh. Arrive and check into your hotel, rest of the day is at leisure.
Day 6 LEH – PANGONG TSO/LAKE (151 kms / 5 hrs)
After Breakfast you will drive to Pangong Lake at an altitude of 14,500 ft, Pongong Lake is one of the largest and most beautiful natural lakes in the country. The lake is bisected by the international border between India and China as two third part falls in Tibet (China) you will drive through Changla Pass 17,350 ft. (third Highest Motorable road in the world.) arrive and check into your camp. Rest of the day is at leisure to explore scenic locals of Pangong lake.
Day 7 PANGONG – LEH (151 kms / 5 hrs)
After Breakfast you will drive back to Leh, enroute visit Hemis Gompa, is the wealthiest, best known and biggest gompa of Ladakh. Its most popular festival, Hemis festival is held annually in June /July. Thiksey Gompa, one of the largest and architecturally impressive gompas. It has 12 storeys and consists of several temples, lastly you will visit Shey Palace, which houses the largest Victory stupa, topped with pure gold and a 7.5 meter statue of Chamba or Maitreya Buddha in a sitting position is wrought of copper and brass, gilded with gold & silve r and studded with precious gems. Arrive Leh and check into your hotel, Rest of the day is at leisure for shopping and individual activities.
Day 8 Depart LEH
Early morning you will be transferred airport to board your onward flight back home. (B)
